The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially with my limited knowledge of the area. The room provided plenty of space and was kept very clean. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the hot spring baths with an outdoor option. there were many nearby restaurants and attractions, such as Wakuwaku Land, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The buffet breakfast was also a great feature, offering a wide variety of options. Lastly, I loved being able to catch a beautiful sunset view from my window.

the view from the room to the nearby landmarks was a plus too. the hotel's breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including local cuisine and sweets. Its location near a shopping and entertainment area provided fun activities for the new year's celebrations.

The hotel's wifi was not reliable, and we had to keep reconnecting to the network. the hotel staff wasn't very attentive to our needs, and we had to ask for basic things like towels and toiletries.

The hot spring baths were definitely the best feature of this hotel. They were relaxing and well-maintained. The location was also convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds.

The lack of wifi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. Having to pick up a separate router at the front desk was frustrating, especially since it was not mentioned during check-in.

We recently stayed at a charming little hotel that exceeded our expectations. the room was spacious and impeccably clean, with everything we needed. the kind staff went out of their way to accommodate us, even though we were unfamiliar with the area. the hot spring bath was divine, especially the outdoor one. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with a good variety of options. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and entertainment, including Wakuwaku Land. the only minor setback was the lack of toast and coffee in the room.
